We believe that you deserve to appreciate high quality artisanal beer, even in the wilds of the Patagonian Andes. We make beer as it used to be made. We use only the best ingredients and excellent Andean water.

We do not filter our beer. This allows the naturally occurring vitamins and minerals to remain, adding an intensity of flavor and color to the resulting product, a quality unique to the elaboration of artisanal beer.

The beers that we produce are served exclusively from the barrels in which they have been aged. We focus on two traditional beers, a dark, turbid bock and a blond pilsner. Both of these classic brews, free of additives and conservatives, are entirely homemade following a traditional recipe from the Bohemian region of Czechoslovakia.

Come visit us and enjoy our beer in a warm, friendly, rustic setting filled with great music and attended by the owners themselves.
