Our family arrived in El Chaltén in 1987, just two years after its founding.

After some years where we perform as employees, and finally we settled in the town in 1989 and in 1991 we started our family business with the restaurant "La Casita".

From 2008, we started a new venture with remise service in our resort town and now we add an alternative for those seeking to know the area in a different way: the service Stays Adventure Tourism.

Our oldest son, that when it was located only a couple of years, who now carries on this venture.

Our daily goal is to give our best to all who visit this corner of southern Patagonia.

We invite you to learn a real Patagonian ranch, carrying out activities in contact with the steppe. Departures are at least 1 person and up to 4 passengers. The options for overnight are 3: rooms with private or shared and / or if you want you can camp.
They are 3 days which are detailed below:

Day 1 - Cavalcade
We left El Chaltén at 9.00 pm. toward the Estancia La Siberia, located on Route 40, where we arrived about 11.30 pm. After a luncheon where we will taste some typical Peruvian dishes, the ride begins. The ride goes around Lake Cardiel and surrounding areas to stay, returning at approximately 18.00 pm. We have an afternoon snack with homemade cakes and / or fried cakes. The dinner offered alternatives, such as lamb stew or lentils, locro, pies, pizza, etc.

Day 2 - Fishing
We have breakfast between 8.00 and 9.00 pm. and start our departure at 11 am. After a voyage of just under 2 hours, we reached the west side of Lago Cardiel, where the company will fish with a guide and lunch our lunch pail. We returned at about 18 hs. for a hot snack and refreshing after a day's tiring. If passengers may want to be a tour of Route 40 to learn about local flora and fauna. At night, the room we expected a good and delicious dinner.

Day 3 - Back and Lunch
After breakfast we said goodbye to the Ranch and return to El Chaltén on Route 40. We arrived at lunchtime to Restaurant La Casita, which is offered as a local dish, the famous and delicious grilled lamb roast. We bid farewell to passengers with the hope that his return carried fond memories of these days and fun activities in a Patagonian estancia.
